Changelog

Importer Tools

We’ve introduced new importer tools in ParlyReply, making it easier to bring constituents and labels into your workspace from CSV files.

The new import flow gives teams a clearer setup path with column mapping, validation before import, and better handling for duplicate records so bulk data setup is easier to review and control.

Other fixes and improvements

  • Improved case move handling so moving a case to a different constituent now works more reliably and keeps related case updates more consistent.
  • Fixed case creation notifications so assigned cases now notify the right teammate more reliably.
  • Improved case lists so filters stay in sync more reliably and loading states no longer briefly show an empty list message.
  • Fixed inbox drafting so attachments are included properly, failed sends keep the draft open, and saved drafts retain the right case and reply context.
  • Improved constituent pages with clearer empty states, better error handling, and more reliable loading if your session runs out.
  • Simplified member invites so teams can now invite colleagues using just an email address.

Introducing Archiving

We’re introducing the Archive to help keep case workspaces focused and free of bloat, making it easier to move completed or inactive cases out of the way without deleting them. This gives teams a cleaner view of active work, while keeping older cases accessible when they still need to be referenced.

Archived cases remain safely available, searchable, and can be restored at any time, so information stays easy to find without cluttering day-to-day casework.

Other fixes and improvements

  • Fixed a bug that could stop some case lists from loading properly when extra preview information was shown.
  • Improved title-sorted case lists so results load more reliably as you scroll.
  • Fixed an issue where restored cases did not always appear where users expected.
  • Fixed case priority so you can now set or clear it more reliably when creating or updating a case.
  • Strengthened workspace protections so users can only update cases that belong to their own team.
  • Fixed an issue where some constituent pages could fail to load correctly.
  • Improved how our public website appears in search results and link previews.
  • Made our Privacy, Terms, and DPA pages easier to find online.

Contacts

Contacts are now available in ParlyReply, giving teams a clearer way to keep track of the people and organisations behind their casework.

Each contact now has a dedicated record where your team can keep core details and useful background in one place.

This makes drafting emails much easier, because your team can find the right person faster and work from the right context straight away.

Other fixes and improvements

  • Fixed a bug with the AI Prompt page, which meant prompts were not creating or saving properly.
  • Fixed email drafts so they no longer save as duplicate sent items. Email replies can now also be saved properly as drafts while keeping the original email context.
  • Fixed the insert-original-message line in the email composer so replies are formatted more cleanly.
  • Fixed sender details in email drafting, so the send-from address and label are no longer stuck on the test office.
  • Fixed a bug where creating a case could fail.
  • Fixed a bug that could stop documents uploading to cases.
  • Fixed an issue where case status icons could appear empty in search results.
  • Fixed the label last applied timestamp so it reflects when the label was actually applied, rather than when the case was last updated.
  • Improved toast messages so they are clearer and better formatted.

AI Search

We're rolling out AI Search in ParlyReply, giving teams a faster way to find answers across their casework.

Instead of relying on exact keywords or clicking through multiple records, you can ask questions in natural language and quickly surface the most relevant information in ParlyReply.

That makes it easier to pick up context, check previous work, and respond to constituent queries without losing time switching between pages.

AI Search is an important step towards making ParlyReply easier to work with at speed, and we’ll keep improving it over time.

Standard Lines

We’ve also introduced Standard Lines, giving your team a better way to create, manage, and reuse approved responses.

They come with a polished rich-text editor, so it’s easy to format content properly and keep commonly used replies clear, consistent, and ready to use.

Other fixes and improvements

  • We’ve added Create case to the sidebar, so you can start a new case from anywhere in ParlyReply using the 'C' key.

Global Command Menu

This week, we’re launching the Global Command Menu.

It’s the fastest way to navigate ParlyReply and run actions from anywhere in the app. Open the menu, type what you need, and jump straight to the right place.

It’s designed to reduce clicks, speed up navigation, and help you get more done without breaking flow.

We’ll be adding more actions and shortcuts over time.

Other fixes and improvements

  • We’ve added a Keyboard Shortcuts dialog to make shortcuts easier to discover and use across ParlyReply. You can also open the Global Command Menu at any time with Ctrl + K for faster navigation and actions.
  • We’ve updated the Add Constituent dialog to make it easier to use, helping your team create constituents faster and capture more detail.
  • We’ve added label merging, so you can now combine duplicate or overlapping labels more easily.
  • We’ve fixed a grouping issue in My Cases that meant some cases were not always grouped correctly.
  • We’ve fixed an issue on the Labels page where changes made in the Due Date dropdown were not being applied.
  • We’ve also made UI improvements to the Standard Lines page.

Notifications Inbox

We’ve introduced the Notifications Inbox to bring important case and constituent updates into one place.

It gives your team a single stream of activity to review, making it easier to see what has changed, identify what needs attention, and stay on top of follow-up work. The result is better visibility across the team and less risk of missing important updates.

Fixes and improvements

  • We make some Improvements to the performance and speed of the Cases pages, helping lists load faster and feel more responsive during day-to-day casework.
  • We made some updates to the AI prompts, so that it's easier to set consistent prompts to generate emails with.
  • Renamed SLA to "Due date" to make deadlines clearer and easier to understand at a glance.
  • Fixed an issue where due date-related indicators could still appear on closed cases, where they no longer apply.

  • On the Constituent page, you can now add multiple email addresses and phone numbers, and set one as the primary.
